Intuitive Horse

Our self exploration workshops are suitable for groups and individuals alike.

Our one day workshops are for people wishing to learn more about themselves in a fun and very different way, spending the day with these beautiful animals and surrounded by nature. They are also for people who may be wanting to have private sessions but are unsure what to expect.

On the workshop we:

• Work with the herd, observing and learning their language
• Work through certain exercises showing us how to ‘feel’ the horses communication
• Each individual has a session with a horse

People come away from these workshops with a new outlook on their lives. We like to keep the workshop group numbers to a minimum to ensure everyone receives individual attention.

There are local B&B’s in the area which we can give you contact details for.

We can hold days for groups of friends and a discounted rate is offered to the organizer of groups of 6 or more people.

If you fancy a weekend away, we can provide activities over 2 days. Accommodation is nearby and in addition to local B&B’s there is a beautiful converted barn with stunning views over looking the Sussex downs which sleeps up to 8 people.

LADIES MORNINGS

Held once a fortnight in the mornings (when the kiddies are at school/ playgroup!)

These mornings are designed for ladies looking to do something a bit different and meet some like minded people.

Working with horses (not riding) we will observe and work with the horses allowing them to give us insights into our own lives in areas which perhaps need a bit of attention.

Examples of this could be creating time for you, knowing how to say ‘no’ in a way that everyone benefits from, most of all you, self esteem, re-discovering who you are or feel you want to be!, boundaries how to set them and receive them from others and many many more. The idea is to create a group that provides support for each other and gives you a chance to socialise in a non judgemental, fun environment surrounded by horses!!

The only thing you need to be able to come on this is a love of horses!! (no previous experience necessary)

Regular commitment is needed. Held on Wednesday mornings, only held during term times. Please phone for dates

Intuitive Riding

Pony club – for a range of age groups and abilities. The club is held for 2 hours during the morning or afternoon at weekends.

Benefits of pony club include:

• learning how to care for horses and look after their needs
• know how to be safe around horses
• gymkhana activities
• games
• working together as a team
• designing, building and riding through obstacle courses
• playing with horses
• learning how to ride (which includes bareback and with a saddle!)

Lengths vary according to school term times. Numbers are limited. Please ring to discuss any queries and to book a space.
